Dear Library Staff,
Attendance at 9:05 AM:
This is to inform all staff members that it is mandatory to
report to the library staff at 9:05 AM daily. Please ensure timely attendance
for the commencement of the day's activities.
Daily Routine Work Meeting:
A daily routine work meeting is scheduled in the library at
9:05 AM. All staff members are required to attend this meeting to discuss and
plan the day's activities. Your punctual presence is highly appreciated.
Mobile Phone Usage:
Kindly note that the use of mobile phones is restricted to
lunchtime only. All library staff members are expected to refrain from using
their mobile phones during working hours, except during the designated lunch
break.
Rotation Schedule for In-Charge Duties:
For the next 3 days, a rotation schedule will be implemented
to appoint each library staff member as an in-charge. During your respective
shifts, you will be responsible for assigning tasks to the staff and collecting
reports from them. Please cooperate with the assigned duties accordingly.
Submission of Daily Work Reports:
At 5:00 PM, all library staff members are required to submit
their full-day work reports to the Chief Librarian/Librarian. Ensure that your
reports are comprehensive and submitted on time.
Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is crucial
for the smooth functioning of our library. If you have any questions or
concerns, feel free to reach out to the Chief Librarian/Librarian.

This is to notify all the students (Semester/Yearly Courses) who are holding books issued by the library in Book Bank and Text book. They are required to return these books by 10/9/2022. Those who don’t return their books on time will have to pay the Library fine as per rule.
